Overview

Duncan Realty is a family-owned and operated real estate company in the Rotorua Lakes District. They have since been acquired by the Tremain Real Estate Group and are now called Tremains Rotorua. The company approached us at the tail end of winter 2018 looking for a campaign digital strategy. They were looking to compliment their physical marketing campaign called ‘Duncan Dollars’.

The Approach

The campaign was promotion based. If you listed your property with Duncan Realty throughout spring you would receive $500 worth of Duncan Dollars to go toward marketing your property. We created three video edits that were rolled out over the course of the spring campaign. We used these to advertise the offer & strategically placed them in front of their target demographic and geographic audiences online with a further call to action that encouraged the audience to learn more.

The Results

  • We reached 13,043 people on Social Media in the Rotorua area (approx 700 people per day)
  • 26,000+ video views from our target audience
  • 72% were a result of the user ‘clicking’ to play the video rather than the video auto-playing itself
  • The total number of users on the website increased by 17% vs same period in the previous year
  • The number of new users on the website increased by over 23% vs same period in the previous year
