Overview

Valuit is New Zealand’s most experienced property depreciation company. They help minimise your tax liabilities and maximise the return property investors get from their investments to create greater cashflow.  Steve and Greg came to us looking for a strategic approach to get in front of potential customers. They wanted a social media plan & strategic approach to advertising online.

Working alongside Valuit, we developed a comprehensive strategy which included detailed demographic & geographic audience targeting. We identified that the majority of their audience fell in to two key receptive groups – residential and commercial depreciation.

Digital Strategy + Content Production + Social Media

The Content

We utilised three short videos as our creative (one example can be seen above). The first videos discussed the basics of depreciation. The subsequent videos got into more detail, depending on the audience’s familiarity with the brand, prior knowledge & engagement with Valuit’s content online.

LinkedIn Advertising

We conducted a campaign on LinkedIn designed to encourage accountants to download a PDF guide on commercial property depreciation and how to maxmise its potential for their clients. The guide was called the Valubook and it was placed on a landing page on the Valuit website where we directed all of the traffic from LinkedIn and Facebook.

Lead Generation

In order to get the guide, the lead had to enter their email and download the form. A representative from Valuit would then follow up this prospective customer with their service offering. We saw 120+ Valubook downloads throughout the course of the Valubook campaign.

The Results

We have seen numerous successes from our work together. We were able to identify our audience and communicate with them on a level that resonated with their level of prior knowledge of who Valuit are and the services they provide. This initial strategy laid the foundation for us to optimise where we sent their engaged audience (the Valuit website).

We started to work on couple of areas including the optimisation of user experience, including how people navigate through specific web pages. Our goal was to make it as easy as possible for people to achieve what they need in terms of tailored information online.
