Squawking Magpie pride themselves on viticultural excellence & outstanding wines. Owner Gavin Yortt approached us to provide effective and regular digital marketing services that increased awareness and engagement with the Squawking Magpie brand in the digital space.

The Approach

Our goal was to develop digital marketing strategies that would boost the awareness of Squawking Magpie nationwide and enhance engagement with the brand online. This involved the creation of content that promoted products, news, events, awards and more via online content marketing and email campaigns.

Digital Strategy

Our strategy mapped out a bespoke approach to develop the online presence of Squawking Magpie Wines. Social media platforms provided very effective channels that increased the awareness of the brand nationwide. Regular email marketing campaigns enabled us to keep both trade and retails customers up to date with recent news, events and items of interest happening at Squawking Magpie. Email marketing strategies were developed around key dates on the annual calendar to advertise special seasonal offers for their current and prospective customers.

Content Production

The content we produced was on-brand, engaging and promoted the essence of Squawking Magpie. We used video, photo and animation to capture the attention of their audience. It encouraged their audience to interact with the brand and directed them to the website where they could learn more about the brand, range of wines and special deals.

Social Media

Squawking Magpie Wines were able to elevate awareness of their brand via social media channels. This was achieved through strategic & sponsored advertising campaigns where content was placed in front of a prospective customer in their target audience. It encouraged the prospective audience to learn more about the brand online and kept their current audience up to date with regular and engaging content.

Content Management

Their website (built on WordPress) was regularly updated with content that we created and it was a key referral point for the interest we generated in the brand online. We successfully integrated the website with email marketing and kept it regularly updated with news, events and seasonal specials.

Email Marketing

Email marketing enabled Squawking Magpie to connect with existing trade and retail customers. It informed their audience of recent news, events and awards. It was also an excellent way to reward loyalty by advertising special seasonal offers and discounts available from their online store.

Seasonal Squawking Specials

Squawking specials are amazing deals for friends and family. The deals gave their customer a chance to buy a mixed 6 pack at great value. There were three wine pack options available perfect to celebrate with during the holiday season, including Festive Reds, Full and Fresh Whites and a mixed Holiday Pack. All wine packs include 5 great wines for $99 plus a special Squawking treat 🍾 to enjoy with friends and family.
